Our Process
The number of steps and decisions involved in designing a space or home are daunting. Clients do not know what they do not know, and are often surprised by just how much is involved. We work hard behind the scenes to streamline the process, do the research, meet the building codes, and provide options that are easy to understand.
Preconstruction Design
We move from an overall design concept down to a detailed set of drawings that can then be issued for permit applications and construction drawings. Through the whole process we give our clients 3D snapshots of their spaces so they can imagine what they'll feel like.
Final handoff
Once the project is complete, we will walk through and inform you about product warranties, maintenance instructions, and answer any questions. We typically include a photography clause in our contracts so we can get some good images of the project and procure future jobs.

Construction Management
We will be on site and in touch with all construction parties involved to ensure that the design meets expectations and is matching what was set forth in the construction drawings.
